March 3, 2011: Although the recent national coverage of Johnny's case was encouraging, the mainstream media just can't quite tell the whole truth, because they don't have the guts. From the beginning on September 5, 1982, law enforcement refused to investigate and follow-up on a single worthwhile lead. This cannot be dismissed as typical criticism of law enforcement as noted in most child abduction cases (and this case is certainly not anything remotely close to typical); law enforcement truly had an agenda from the beginning and that was to make sure Johnny's kidnapping was not solved. Let's stop blaming the mother and start making the authorities responsible for their clear actions to cover-up these horrendous crimes against a child. We don't want to see Noreen put on trial. December 1, 2010: Nick Bryant, author of The Franklin Scandal, wrote a piece titled, "Johnny Gosch: A Proof of Life." It contains some letters that Paul Bonacci received from some of the other "Franklin kids" regarding Johnny and what was going on in their lives and whether they were stuck within the network or had escaped as Johnny eventually was able to do. It is certainly proof that an organized pedophile network was in existence and proof that Emilio, Johnny's main kidnapper, existed and was still operating throughout the country. November 29, 2010: The Justice for Johnny Gosch web site is still under construction with its change over to a new look, but recent developments must be posted and discussed with urgency. Another cold case related to Johnny's kidnapping is heating up--the kidnapping of Marc Allen that happened on March 29, 1986.
This was the third kidnapping in the Des Moines area of boys around 13-years old in less than 3 years (September 1982--Johnny Gosch, August 1984--Eugene Martin, and March 1986--Marc Allen). WHO-TV 13 in Des Moines recently interviewed Marc's mother. See the link below for the WHO-TV article and video of the interview. When Marc went missing, Mrs. Allen was told by the local police in Des Moines, Iowa, that she would have to wait 48 hours until a missing child report could be filed. This violated The Johnny Gosch Law that was enacted in Iowa in July 1984 that required law enforcement to immediately open an investigation upon the report of a missing child.
Marc's mother got the impression that the police did not want to create panic when the public realized the parallels between the recent kidnapping and the kidnappings of Johnny and Eugene. Or did the authorities just want to continue the vast cover up that started with Johnny's abduction. Just as the local police and the FBI covered up the kidnapping of Johnny, this same type of cover up continued with Marc's kidnapping.

November 12, 2009: Johnny's 40th Birthday. It's difficult to really celebrate when you consider that he was taken away from his home and his family 9,931 days ago. That's 27 years, 2 months, and 8 days ago. The Des Moines Police still refuse to admit that there is evidence to suggest that Johnny was taken by a pedophile ring. How about the hundreds of photos that Noreen has received of Johnny bound and gagged? How about Paul Bonacci's court testimony? The FBI and the Justice Department continue to do nothing. The hideous cover-up continues almost 10,000 days after the initial crime. It's great that Johnny is free from the criminals that kidnapped him and tortured him, but he will not truly be free until the guilty are punished and he is able to re-unite with his family.

Such a shameful way to treat a grieving mother who has only remained dedicated to one thing--fighting for her son who was illegally taken and used in heinous ways beyond one's imagination. No matter what is behind it all--the U.S. Government, the CIA, the FBI, rich and powerful businessmen--It's never too late for justice to prevail and for a mother and a son to have a long overdue reunion that is everlasting. August 12, 2009: Today marks 25 years since Eugene Wade Martin was abducted from Des Moines, Iowa, as he started to deliver newspapers on his route (just like Johnny). This happened less than 2 years after Johnny was taken. When law enforcement says that the kidnappings are not related, DON'T BELIEVE IT! Lets not forget that Noreen Gosch received information prior to Eugene's kidnapping that another paper boy would be taken. When Noreen went to the police with this information, they did not believe her. And we should not believe any agency that is part of the long standing cover-up of what happened to these boys.

UPDATE 11/12/08: Tell President-elect Obama what his campaign and election has meant to you. Tell him that you would like to see justice for Johnny Gosch finally realized during his presidency. December 1, 2008: A message was posted today on the Franklinfiles.net Message Board from The Johnny Gosch Foundation investigators. BOTTOM LINE: The investigation will continue but without distractions from forum posters with unknown agendas. The JGF investigators have been on the case since the beginning and have compensated for a complete lack of cooperation and initiative on the part of law enforcement. November 12, 2008: Today is Johnny's 39th birthday. We all wish him well. But let's not forget how he spent his 13th birthday after being kidnapped and brutalized in 1982. Let's bring those responsible to justice. And maybe by the time Johnny celebrates another birthday, he will truly be free. It has become a season of change in America. November 5, 2008: America clearly voted for change yesterday. Will anything change with the outcome of Johnny's case in 2009? It's up to us and it's up to the new administration. Michael Moore sent out an e-mail this morning with a common theme: "Anything is possible." So write an e-mail or a letter to President-elect Obama and tell him that you want to change the injustices in Johnny's case once and for all. UPDATE 11/12/08: Tell President-elect Obama what his campaign and election has meant to you. Tell him that you would like to see justice for Johnny Gosch finally realized during his presidency. Tell him to bring change to the government corruption and cover-ups.

The atrocities continue, and our government does absolutely nothing about it. Will November 4 change anything? We'll all have to wait and see. And it seems that Johnny still can't come home and that the evil doers responsible are still getting away with what they've done. What will it take to change this: Another airing of Johnny's special on America's Most Wanted? Another book on the Franklin Cover-up? Another person to come forward that was a victim of ritual abuse? An FBI whistleblower? A politician that is willing to stand up to this evil? Or do more people simply need to care that this happened and do something about it so that it does not go unpunished.
